Gabby is a video producer at Eater and Punch who produces both midform and shortform for Eater’s Youtube and social media pages as well as Punch, Eater’s sister brand focused on cocktails and bar prep. Her video on Brooklyn’s finest Jello-shottiers amassed ~9 million views across Eater’s TikTok, Instagram and Youtube pages (not to mention the video pulled in a whopping 11K subscribers). In addition to social video, Gabby has also pitched and produced several midform videos that have garnered millions of views for Eater’s Youtube channel.
Prior to Eater, Gabby worked as an Associate Producer at Morning Brew where she led the podcast, youtube and social media divison for Morning Brew’s show: BOSSY. Under her command, she grew BOSSY’s audience by 40% mainly through the show’s social media channels, with videos highlighting women owned small businesses. Prior to Morning Brew, Gabby served as an Associate Producer at José Andrés Media where she worked across the video, audio, and editorial divisions to cook up spicy food content for Chef José Andrés’ personal and restaurant social media accounts. With strong editing skills, social media savviness and a bit of Gen-Z flair, Gabby helped increase video views across all Chef José Andrés platforms by over 400%, with some videos garnering over 1 million views.
JAM marks the start of her professional career post-grad—before that she interned and helped produce videos for CNN Heroes, NBC New York, Food Tank, and served as the Dining Editor of NYU’s school newspaper, Washington Square News. She graduated from New York University with a major in Global Liberal Studies and Food Studies where she learned how global and national politics impact human health.
